Excellent food doesn’t need to be pretentious, it needs to taste great! One look at our menu at the Harp and Crown and you will see many of dishes we now call ‘pub classics’. Why did they become pub classics? Because, quite simply, we all love them! Eating at the Harp and Crown is about selecting which dish you really, really want rather than deciding which dish you dislike the least!

Situated in the village of Gastard the Harp and Crown’s reputation for being a place for great food is well deserved. From a sandwich or snack at lunch, an evening meal for two or a get together with friends and family for Sunday roast it is quite simply the ideal venue.
